What are your rights


It is only logical and democratic that the accused has many rights and the law must work on serving him his rights before working on charging him
Innocent until proven guilty 

All the accused's rights came from this statement, and the following rights are applied for all the accused of any crime:
  • The accused have the right to remain silent until finding consultation from a legal counsel 
  • The accused have the right to have a legal representation, if they can't afford an attorney or a lawyer the court must provide a legal counsel
  • The accused have the right to know what the charges against them are
  • The accused have the right to gather their own list of evidences and witnesses
  • The accused is protected from any torture kind acts to force talking or applying to certain things
  • The accused has the right not to be tried with any evidence that have been obtained illegally and the judge must preserve that right, in many cases law forces must obtain a search warrant before entering private property and looking for evidence or persons
  • Those who are accused with big crimes have the right to be prosecuted with a big jury
  • The accused have the right to be tried publicly and quickly
  • The accused has the right not to be charged with his/her accused crimes until the prosecution have proven that it is undoubted that the accused has committed the crimes in question
  • An individual cannot be tried for the same crime twice
